- Fill out Pink sheet, my name is Mr. McHugh, put class hour, Grade, Book title, note any problems with the book.
- Turn in pink sheet
2. Get Workbook - Personalize it with drawings, pictures, etc... (this is required)
-Name on Binding, pg. 200, and Front (all are required in PEN)
3. Read and review the "why study history" ideas. We will narrow it down on M/T.
4. Watch CNN News.

1st day of School
Welcome to the 2012-2013 School Year
This is 7th grade Social Studies (Ancient History class)
Today, sit wherever you would like. We will take roll and answer questions. Tomorrow we will have a block time to do more activities. A block is a class double the normal length.
We will study: Cavemen, The 1st civilizations, Egyptians, Rome, Greece, Ancient China, etc...
I am excited to begin my 18th year of teaching.
